Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a strategic commitmentz acquired by RVINGENIERIA S.A. to seek the achievement of its business objectives, while complying with its legal and contractual obligations, applying social and stability criteria in relationships with its interested parties, thus contributing to the satisfaction of their needs and expectations. 

RVINGENIERIA S.A. considers the following important points to shape the social responsibility plan, such as the environment, safety, occupational health and social responsibility as such.

We carry out business practices in accordance with the laws, in an honest and ethical manner, with zero tolerance towards bribery, blackmail and other practices contrary to the law, rejecting, denouncing and combating any act of corruption and extortion. Fraudulent practices are not permitted under any circumstances, understood as any intentional action carried out by a person to achieve a benefit by inappropriately using any information, asset or resource of RVINGENIERIA S.A..

RVINGENIERIA S.A. declares itself against influencing​ the will of people outside the company to obtain any benefit through the use of unethical practices. In this sense, no worker is allowed to make and/or receive payments outside the law or bribes, gifts, handouts or advantages with entities, people, government authorities to secure any concession, contract, approval or advantage for their own benefit or that of the organization. . Nor may employees offer, deliver or receive, directly or indirectly, any payment in cash, in kind or any other benefit, to any person in the service of any public or private entity, political party or candidate for public office, with the intention to unlawfully obtain or maintain business or other advantages. In our activities within RVINGENIERIA S.A. or on behalf of it, either directly or through a third party, we do not participate in acts of corruption, therefore; We do not order or authorize corrupt practices, we do not induce corrupt practices to be carried out, and we do not conspire to carry them out, we comply with the anti-corruption laws applicable to our operation.



Disciplinary measures

Non-compliance or failure to comply with the Code of Ethics, the law or other policy related to Social Responsibility may result in serious consequences for RVINGENIEIRA S.A. and its collaborators as sanctions and other disciplinary measures protected by the Internal Work Regulations and the legal regulations protected by the Constitution of the Republic..
